I'm Baaack! TS Jamie has new boobies!
Hey Everyone!
We are back from our whirlwind surgery "vacation" in Guadalajara.
THANK YOU, Kelly Shore for your recommendations!
I got new, bigger, more femme boobies. (See Avatar photo to left...)
And Jessica and I both got our balls cut off!
I LOVE the boobs, but I don't miss the balls at all.
We arrived on Friday at 3:45 pm, got to the clinic about 4:30, got a blood test, met with Dr Cardenas and Dr Baltazar (the urologist) at 5 and was in surgery at 6. Seriously. It took about 2 hours for me then they took Jessica in while I was moved to our room.
I'm really glad they keep you in the hospital overnight. The nurse was there immediately if we needed anything all through the night. I got the bed and Jessica got the sofa bed. I was pretty doped up, but when they brought her in about 10 pm she was in quite a bit of pain as the anesthesia wore off. Eventually they got her high enough and she went to sleep.
It really sucked hearing her moaning and only being able to tell her I was there and not hold her hand - since i had my own "issues" going on.
But by noon on Saturday we both felt good enough to move to the hotel - which was far more luxurious. My boobs are still swollen and bruised, but no real pain after the second day. On Sunday we were out walking around town. (Not far.) Monday we walked to the clinic about 3/4 mile away.
It would have totally sucked like they do it here in the US and send you home as soon as you wake up to suffer alone.
We both had headaches for a couple of days. In part from the surgery but also because Guadalajara is at 5,200 feet and we live at sea level, so any effort left us both slightly winded.
They did our surgery under a local and twilight rather than general anesthesia - which is one reason I went there, to avoid going under a general. I could feel tugging and pulling but no pain. The orichectomy they did with an epidural block. That was weird, not being able to feel or move your legs at all. I think US surgeons just don't want to be bothered with the patient and can charge extra for general.
We stayed in one of the Presidential Suites at the brand new Camino Real hotel. If anybody has business or surgery in Guada. stay here, it's gorgeous and impeccable service. We were whisked to the private 9th floor Club Level check in. The TV wasn't working right so they brought us in a brand new 52" plasma TV. We had an incredible view of the city. Room service brought ice within 5 minutes of our asking, food took 15-30 depending, and always piping hot.
This is one place where I strayed from Kelly's recommendations - sorry honey. Having been around awhile I listen to suggestions, then I go with my own experience. If anybody else goes there and the guest house (where Kelly stayed) is booked (as it was in our case) DO NOT stay at the "Posasa Hotel" the clinic recommends, it's a 3rd world dump. The CR is $134 a night for a club room and $220 for the Presidential Suite vs $70, spend the extra money, it's worth it. You also get free breakfast and happy hour!
Anyway, my boobies will probably end up a large C, maybe a D. I started with 300/350's (a B) and the doctor gave me a 390 and a 430 to even things out so I'm about 700 total now. The shape looks really good, none of the basketball porn star look, just a nice femme shape.
And cleavage! Yes!
Our orchiectomies went fine. Jessica had a lot of bruising and some pain but mine never hurt at all. My weenie is still trying to figure out what happened to it's buddys and is hiding, but Jessica's is already getting hard at the drop of a hat... ah to be 23 again...
Anyway - not quite ready to play for a week or two, but we're home and healthy.
Will get some photos online in a day or two.
Hugs,
TS Jamie
Oh - and it took us 2 hours to get back across the border at Tijuana - my opinion of I.C.E and US anal law enforcement in general just hit a new low.

I took a tramadol the third night (Sunday) and that's the last time either of us has needed a painkiller. I'm really amazed the pain wasn't worse.
A piece of advice one of the girls gave me was to take shirts that button or zip up the front and I forgot - but by the third day I could even put a regular tee shirt on without assistance.
Guess I was just lucky. I mean I get twinges and things are sore, and god forbid I bump into something, but like just sitting here typing, other than having my ribcage squeezed flat by the compression bra you would never know that 5 days ago I had a major operation.
Giggle,
TS Jamie
