Good going.

Just a couple of really quick constructive criticism:

1/ Get a referral program up asap - this will drive a lot of people to your site.
2/ LEGAL LEGAL LEGAL. Check in at ynotmasters.com and avnonline.com - I'd seriously consider covering the genitals on the preview pages as well as making it harder for anyone to get into seeing nude images without some sort of gateway. This is getting serious.

Good luck with visa they took 7 days to get grooby-archive.com validated.

While you're a smaller owner running your site you may fall into different category to a " large commercial sites " like seanchai's . Maybe the record keeping is to protect minors or others from exploitation , but as you are , as it were , " employing - yourself " and running Your " self - owned - self run " site for yourself itr would seem unfair to apply such a rule to a Person such as You , as it is illogical and unlikely you would exploit yourslf

My personal view also is that if the previews were competely inoffensive , then far fewer less people will become your Memebrs , as I' feel sure , " THE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY " type marketing always is a powerful sales tool !

Ziffy whether you have 2 members and or 2000 membes the 2257 laws apply to ALL,,,,,she must have 2 ID's and model release for every person that appears on her site, she must have her record keeping according to their regulations, I would advise she incorporate and get a Tax ID for her new business, as of the 23rd if she hasnt done and up too their new RULES I would seriously be worried. They will come after the smaller sites FIRST as they are easy targets.

Also if Im not wrong her compliance statement isnt correct, you MUST have a physical office address listed that they can go to and physically acquire records, stating an email or they are on file is no longer legal.

There is SO MUCH to worry about when starting a website and or owning one..........so SENCHAI was giving her the best advice.

In England is slightly different , there is a principle of "proportionality" in legislation , so authorities cannot load upon someone costs and risks dispropertinal to the potential rewards

not everyone can be a " general motors " in the porn world . I just see someone like Jada as being a " niche " market , providing some entertainments to All Her admirers and / or fans "
