I'd be careful in Constitution and I wouldn't even attempt to set foot in Bajo Flores. I hung out with a couple of people in Constitution and it wasn't that bad (I grew up around much worse) but I steered clear of Flores. There are tons of easier and much safer areas to find street walkers in my humble opinion. But I could be wrong. Palermo is a great place to look. Nice neighborhood.
