I'd have to mix the first and second choice, being in Norway, finding a Tgirl is extremly slim unless you travel out of the country(Though there are Tgirls in the country, finding them is like.. Like .. Something impossible)
So in a way I am too wussed out to take the leap and go out of country, becouse im worried about a job, a place to stay etc, though at the same time, I would want to be seduced, since I'm a subby boi :P

Just take your next vacation to either Thailand or Rio. You can go down to Soi Cowboy in Bangkok and just mess around with kissing and see how it feels for you. Lots of great cheap places to stay.
Oh, and if you find a girl you want to spend a little time with, you can take her to one of the nice beaches. She'll hang out with you, arrange your hotels, meals, etc. All for less that you'd expect.
