Yes, I can guess where you've been. Guess Bar , Bangkok! I was there in late November and early
December when they changed from the old to the
new locations. Went with Charm and Neem , but not at the same time .
Looks like you got the big spender Royal package.
Nice work !
Thanks for the pics

Looks like you had some fun. So you went to the new Guess bar.. not far from Nana Plaza? Btw could you let me know how much the entire stay ran you (not including plane ticket getting there) and if you would do it again.

Hay , bob69.
I can answer some of your questions if that's O.K.?
I go to Bangkok for 3-4 weeks every year, and have been doing so for the last 10 years or so.
I use Thai Airways . It's the best. Non -stop from
Los Angeles runs about $1,100 round trip. But I know that if you shop around you can find fares as low as $ 800-900 . I used China Air in that price range years ago , but the delays ,fuck ups and lay
overs were such a hassle and the service on Thai Airways is so good that I stopped hunting around for bargins and just use Thai Airways now. Besides.
once you get to Bangkok everything is SO CHEAP!
I stay at the Nana Hotel , it's right in the center of all the action both GG and TS girls , nice rooms and great staff, daily room service and all the mod. cons. and no hassles about having a girl come to your room. Hot disco on the ground floor and Nana Plaza is right across the street. Also great pool, and killer free buffet breakfast , all for about $33 U.S. ( prices vary a little bit depending upon the the length of stay and the current Bhat/ dollar exchange rate. Nana Hotel gives discounts over 15 days. ) Plus you'll meet some fun people who are there for the same reason as you and can give you some good advise on what , where, and how to find what your looking for.
As far as Guess Bar goes , it's moved to the new location which is just a stones throw on the same street (Soi 4 ) as the Nana Hotel. 'Short Time' rate ( about 1 1/2 hours )for 1 girl at Guess Bar to take a girl to your hotel room was 2000 Baht ( about $60 U.S.) when I was there in December. But in Bangkok never forget "EVERYTHING IS
NEGOTIABLE ".Also Guess Bar is upscale and you can find plenty of kick ass TS and GG girls at the bars in Nana Plaza for 1000 -1500 Baht , or even less at some of the "free lance " locations such as the ' Ladies" disco at the Nana Hotel and "Beer Garden" on Soi 7. The advantage to spending the extra bucks for a bar girl over a free lancer is that the bar girls get regular STD checks and are not going to rip you off because you know where to find them if they pull that crap. However , if you're reasonably carefull you are not going to have any problems.
Hope that was helpfull.

Looks like you had some fun, but WHAT THE FUCK is with Asian TS's and the fucking pubic hair? It's revolting, and I won't touch a GG or TS with pubic hair. Ugh.

I had a GREAT time, yes.
Where else could you have so much fun with so many beautiful girls and, afterwards, share Pad Thai and conversation into the wee small hours before being escorted to a taxi and kissed off into the night.
The whole experience was definitely "memorable"!
Stand back, I'm about to explode!

Hay, D J Asia,
I agree that things in Thailand are a lot more expensive now due to the weak dollar. When I first
started visiting there about 10 years ago a dollar was worth about 45 Baht , now It's about 33 Baht. That's a big hit. About 25%. Also, I remember when 500-1000 Baht was the going rate for "short-time" , now It's 1500-2000 Baht.
But still, by Western standards where can you get laid for $50-$65 a night ? And also have the variety and convienence that Bangkok and Thailand has to offer? Stay at a great hotel with all the Mod. Cons. for about $35 a day, breakfast included? And find a great lunch or dinner at the street venders for $2-$5?
I can understand how a Thailand resident, such as yourself, has reason to complain. But for an American or European a Bangkok vacation is like amazing "bang for your buck". Pun intended!
