I don't think he meant anything by it but "spoiled" to most men usually means a woman who is high maintenace, also someone who requires attention as a way of replacing the lack of inner happiness or true self. One who cannot be happy without receiving constant attention and reasurement. Rich guys love to spoil their girls, untill the next pretty girl comes along.
