I have had intercourse with several post ops. The first time in the late 1970's, surgery was performed by Dr. Brown in LA. He was well known in the TS world in LA at that time and was something of a quack. He did "Sulka" I believe and a few other of the early TS porn stars. He eventually lost his Medical license.
