That logic doesn't apply to one circumstance. If I am looking for a 40" hip and there is a girl that has hips this size but advertises as being 34" or 36", then I am going to skip the ad.

I recommend badazzbody. Her hips are well beyond 40 inches. The short, squat types have, in general, the biggest butts.
