I really don't think there are that many stars in the DVD industry in total?
Right now I can only think of a few off the top of my head and two of them have self-produced themselves to stardom. Fact is the nature of TS porn isn't going to create many stars. The industry isn't big enough for us to have girls signed to one company (which is how mainstream porn stars are made) and guys want to see different girls. Most TS girls I know don't go out actively seeking video work, probably because most of them escort and make more money doing that, then having seek out other work in the industry.

This is my 2 cents.........
Most of those other girls that you see in other movies ARENT stars.
There are only a few.
The biggest name out there is Vo'd Balm and she is hispanic.
No one "made" her a star she just became one.
Some of the girls like "Gia" are stars not because of any individual performance on film but because of their own personal efforts and maintaining a presence on the internet and promoting themselves.
The same thing can be said about Vicki Richter.
She is a VERY hard worker who tirelessly promotes herself.
Are you girl doing that to the degree that she is?
I dont think so.
Movies are good for profile and such but unless your a MEGASTAR like Vaniity then I would not put all my hopes in landing in some movie.
Besides.....most shemale movies are horrible.........there I said it.
