working out and getting horny
fellow fitness-comrades:
I encountered a strange phenomenon: namely, in my case, the strong urgency to relief sexual pressure AFTER some serious workout. This hasnt got to do with seeing one hot chick at the gym, it happens also when I am alone at home and lift some weights or after a set of situps.
strangely enough, even when feeling a bit tired from the work, I usually feel horny as hell.
anybody else had similar experiences?

Yeah, used to happen to me all the time. I think it's because exercise releases endorpins and basically makes you feel like a legend! Then as a result of that you want to fuck like a legend. That's my theory anyway.

LOL that may explain it, but i dun know. somedays its the reverse. I'll be horny enough to fuck a tree, then work out, and have 0 urge left.

lol I once thought working would relieve sexual tension but all it seems to do is increase it! lol I keep thinking that tiring myself out will make me too drained to think about it but the hell with that plan. Everyday that I get back from the gym I go porn surfing. lol

Taking Creatine tablets before a work out helps a bit. Personally there is nothing worse than when there is a hot girl in the gym and you get nothing done, because your minds on her.
When I go to the gym, if I'm not sweating my ass off when I leave, I hate myself for not pushing myself harder.
I find loading up on Creatine, and putting some drum and bass on the IPod takes the focus away from the hot women and back to onto the exercise!
I only have one handle here, and that is a fact!
