Oh what fun, guess I've been posting on the other thread.

If anyone's interested, so I don't have to re-write it, please read my last post over there, I think it's on page 4. Sheesh 4 pages and two threads in 24 hours. Is that a record?

And I'm taking time to post here because it's pouring rain outside, so if anyone wanted to "shoot it out in the street" tonight at the bar we'll have to do it next week, cause I'm like a cat and I hate getting wet, so I'm staying home to have sex with Jessica. Eat your hearts out.

As I think Kelly or someone said, I do have fairly thick skin and I can usually sling it harder than I receive. But that doesn't mean that ugly comments don't hurt. I'm a girl, a big strong girl, but sometimes I cry too.

I appreciate the support of those on here who have spoken up. Thank you all.

I think the point to be learned is we can have lively discussion without abusing people. And we should try to respect topics and not start flame wars. It's one thing to go off topic for a few posts - but something entirely different to turn a respectful and hopefully helpful topic into a personal flame war.

I think yes, that this site could benefit from tighter moderation. And that such moderation could simply be a PM or post to an offender if it's an occasional mistake. If it becomes a regular thing, they get a day or two's "time out." Third banned for a month, Fourth banned permenantly.

Everyone has the occasional faux pas (did I spell that right) and says something without thinking. They shouldn't be banned over an occasional dumb comment, just corrected. (My correcting people rather directly is what started this whole mess - for which I sincerely apologise to the site.) The problem arises when the same person constantly does it to the point of disruption and to where it hurts the site by making people not want to come here, and that's bad for business, everybodies business. And I'm not singling anyone out, there's plenty of "blame" to go around.

So this is my last comment on this topic (I hope) and I hope the mods do take note, because this site is withouth a doubt the most fun place to be on the interent straight, gay or trans. Let's not lose it by alienating people.

Here's a clue for you. I call it HA 101. It's not going to change. Girls will come & go. Flame wars will happen. Some people will leave and never come back. Some will storm out and show up again. New people will come in here and take their place. Mods will watch it all happen while eating popcorn. People will cry about the double standards and inconsistentsies everywhere....

But it will always be the same old HA.

Once you realize that, it gets easier here. LOL I learned a long time ago not to put too much into this board, or ask too much of it. Sure, I'll still flame it out with people now & then, but I don't expect anyone to come to my rescue. If anyone does, that's a happy surprise. As for validation or any deep thoughts, I go elsewhere.

Hustle your business, but don't expect any change here or you will just get upset.

Let me get this straight. On top of the OTHER tons of shit that we have to do we're expected to regulate the personal feelings of people that reside on this board?!? You have got to be kidding me. 1st off (and if this offends some of you I am sorry but it's the truth) this whole community is based on shadiness to begin with. You have the [girls] talking about each other behind each others backs 90% of the time then when they feel like they will be shut out of something blaming it on a guy to so-called bond their faux friendships. On top of that you have a bunch of guys that get (for the most part) crappy interpretations of whatever kind of transsexual fantasy they had because the chick they saw on a particular day was either on some drug or off some hormone and gave them hell. So what do the guys do? They come on here, and they vent to release some of that stress, and guess what?????????????????? It works.

As said the folks like you that come on this board trying to tell others how folks should act are the worst. If HA loses 10% of it's members because they don't like the things said by someone that works for me because I'd rather be stuck with 90% who stay and have a strong mind than those 10% who feel guilty and want 'daddy' to come rescue them by deleting a membership or a thread.
