See that's the problem, I don't eat fast food. I was talking with a nutritional counselor last night and I asked her if eating meat would help me put on a little extra weight, and she advised against that route (I love free advice from friends).

Of course you shouldn't eat meat just to gain weight, you should eat it because it tastes fucking delicious. Have you had really good bacon or lamb chops lately?
