Well, I can testify I've seen girls on the street that I *know* are TS girls, maybe because of some movie or something, or sometimes because you can just *tell*.

Actually, a famous girl comes straight to my mind, she's not as hot as before, maybe a bit fat (and post op I think)... I saw her on the street with a guy that might well be the husband or SO.

Still, I'm not going to stop a girl on the street and tell her "yea I've seen your movie (or your pictures), and I know you're a TS"... it would be very very very very very very lame, and I can be totally 100% positive girls will not like being "cloaked" in public.

Not only will you look like a total fool, but you'll make the girl feel awkward and maybe bad.

I see 'em quite often...when I'm in an area of the city where the girls live. Now if I was over in Downey or something, then that wouldn't be the case. Ralph's on Sunset near La Brea? Most likely a good location...if the girls do their own shopping.
