    Default strange hermaphrodite idea

So I recently joined Alison Faraday's site (I lived in Cambridge for 5 years and never new - darn it!). She has had an orchiectomy and it seems they removed the scrotum as well. It is unbelievably hot, very very sexy. Sends shivers down my spine every time I see her.

Now here's my thought. I mean no offense to Alison, but in some ways she looks like the so-called hermaphrodites in several films in the 90's, who had dildoes glued to them. So it made me think: is it theoretically/anatomically possible to have a pussy created surgically if the scrotum is removed? I'm not saying someone should go out and try... but I can dream... I guess...

    Back to lurking now.

I'm sure it's possible, but no doctor in their right might would approve anything like that. As is, a transgendered person has to go through a volley of counseling and be approved for sexual reassessment surgery. I think a counselor might have a problem approving someone who wants to be both sexes at the same time. Other than pure sexual fetish, there wouldn't be a reason to have a surgery like that.

MOST srs doctors will send you packing or will charge a TON if the patient is lacking the "sack" since that tissue is also needed for the procedure.

It makes the surgery a ton more complicated, since air "bag" implants have to be placed in the patient and slowly dilated for months before hand to create extra skin/tissue for grafts... which also means more scars on their body.

But someone who has been on hrt long enough or had an orchi may find that tissue has shrunk over time anyway, just not as much.

Sarah - this is VERY interesting. I was under the impression they could use a skin graft or colon graft?

Also are you saying most Dr's won't do SRS on someone with little or no scrotal tissue, even if the patient doesn't care about vaginal depth? Even in Thialand?

I'm asking because Jessica has very little tissue. The hormones have given her a penis like that of a pre-pubescent boy - her gonads have reascended into her pelvic area and the scrotum has shrunk. My estimate is she would only get a couple of inches without a graft.

We are both planning on orchi's asap so we can reduce our hormone intake as we don't have time for SRS until at least next summer and maybe 18-24 months. But in light of this we may need further info.

PS - I've heard in Thialand some doctors will do essentially a pentoctomy - create a surface vagina with no depth, just the vulva and labia, for local "ladyboys" for a charge of like $900. Does anyone have any info on this?

    Thanks,
    TS Jamie

in case you havent noticed a penis goes back pretty much all the way to the anus so youd have to drill through a whole bunch of erectile tissue and pretty much unhinge the penis
in other words its an utterly stupid idea

Elvis: I was dreamin'. Dreamin' my dick was out and I was checkin' to see if that infected bump on the head of it had filled with pus again. If it had, I was gonna name it after my ex-wife 'cilla and bust it by jackin' off.

The implant method I mentioned is FOR skin grafts. Not all surgeons take it from your stomach (when additional tissue is needed). Alot of plastic surgeons use similar methods to produce tissue for unusual needs, like to patch large wounds after separating simease twins etc.

Also are you saying most Dr's won't do SRS on someone with little or no scrotal tissue, even if the patient doesn't care about vaginal depth? Even in Thialand?
I don't know about the depthless cheap procedures some surgeons in some countries do. I do know that NO tissue means problems and not all surgeons will deal with it, and some will charge more. Going by memory Dr Supporn used to turn away patients if they have had their sack removed in the past (I didn't say shrunk from hrt- I said removed) but I could be confusing surgeons ATM.

... her gonads have reascended into her pelvic area and the scrotum has shrunk.
You mean not everyone has that happen? I thought anyone who has been on hrt long enough will run into that.

Make sure you contact the surgeon you want to use and have him tell you which method of orchirectomy works best for his patients. Some of the methods can induce scar tissue in the area. That's why some srs surgeons have a sur-charge for people who have had orchis. Better yet- have an srs surgeon do the orchi.

Why would anyone want that?! What could be the point of a procedure that has no depth?

Edit- ah- my memory was correct afterall. As Dr S's site says under Surgical Protocols: "If the scrotal sac has been removed, the applicant must seek elsewhere to undergo SRS"
