Never a stupid question! A douche or an anal syringe will do the job nicely; or, if you can't get hold of one, you could buy a Fleet enema (or whatever brand), empty out the harsh chemicals (which you don't really need) and fill with lukewarm water. Flush several times depending upon need (till the water runs clear, lol). Also it's good to wash around and just inside the area with mild soap. And it's best to do this within an hour or two of seeing your partner (the fresher, the better, don't you know).

I know what you mean, el hermano. The first girl to "do" me couldn't when we first tried. She's about 7.5" and pretty thick, and I just wasn't ready for that.
