Well, that's a good question. It depends on many factors. The intensity or type of sex being had (romantic, kinky, angry pounding, etc) is one, position would also dictate things often. Missionary, or most cow girl type variations, I'd refer to a ts ass as a pussy, cunt, whatever. Doggy style, definitely ass, asshole, fuck hole, etc.

More factors of course play into it, such as role playing scenarios and such things. I couldn't pick just one favorite term, I guess. Sexual "programming on the fly" is what it's all about.
