Isn't that really advocating four genders since we have FtM's out there?
And maybe its easier to withdraw from life
With all of its misery and wretched lies

The Big Machine will just move on
Still we cling afraid we'll fall
Clinging like the memory which haunts us all

But it's not so much the HIV factor as all the other heebie-jeebies you can get that way.
But as an escort and porn performer, it's pretty much if you want to work you do what you have to, or someone else will. But you take the best precautions you can, get tested regularly and hope.

PS: I'm very selective in who I date. Almost exclusively married straight men, most of whom are first timers. I'm not working the Tenderloin in SF or the Yukon Mining parking lot... so I think (hope) my risk level is relatively low.
As for do I swallow or not - you will just have to cum, and find out...

I am a woman, I don't care if it's "functional" in the male sense. It gives me a female orgasan and that's fine with me.

Please let me further qualify.
Yes - absolutely a third or forth gender. The Trans-gender. The result of a blending of human needs over thousands of years, and modern medicine and technology.
Yes, I do believe that in many ways we are the evolution of mankind, if we are not exterminated by religious fanatics following doctrine from two thousand years ago.

Which is why I asked for clarification... do you really mean 3 genders (with the 3rd being for transsexuals)?
What about ftms? I would think that would dictate having 4- if you were to run with the more than-what-we-have-now theory.
Maybe even 5 for people who want to be genderless?
It just sounds to me like no matter how you dice it, the 3rd gender theory just doesn't make alot of sense.
I really am not touching on who takes what for hrt. I could honestly care less if someone cycles their meds.

Also - and I didn't mean to hijack the thread - sorry Danielle...
This is a very complicated issue - even in my own mind - and I think I didn't properly explain my thoughts earlier.
But what about this - transsexuals as TWO versions, if you will.
Those in "transition" from one sex to another - the traditional sense. You were a boy, you are now a girl. SRS, etc.
And those who are both sexes as a perment condition. Part boy, part girl, part both, part neither.
Yes I am a woman. But in many ways I will never BE a woman. I'll never have a child. I'm not a bouncy flouncy girly sort. I still like to surf and marlin fish. And I really don't recall insisting on being the barbie wife when my sister and I played dolls.
And I think this is part of what makes the transgendered "condition" so confusing to us and especially to outsiders. It's fluid and complicated and often changes over time.
But my point is - it's all OK, and OK to be yourself.

TS Jamie

PS - Boys - I'm not telling - you will just have to cum, and find out for yourselves...

The reason why I immediately jumped on the 3rd gender idea (as I do virtually everytime I see it brought up- you can check the archives if you want) is because I don't want people to misuse that concept to lump all trans people into one "other" category for fully transitioned postops, nonops, FtMs, MtFs etc etc etc.
Even the crazy fundies think that MtFs and FtMs are totally different genders.
