I only date crazy girls. Which is good, I guess, because they are the one's who seem to be attracted to me.

Reading through this old thread makes me miss Hara. In fact, I once created a thread saying so. But I also miss SarahG. One of the most calm, sane, articulate voices that has ever posted regularly on this board.

Thanks , Ben ,for a good thumb nail about sociopaths.
I DID have a sociopath GG girlfriend .So I speak from experience. Although ,at the time ,I had no idea what I was dealing with.
I was initially attracted to her because she was so adventurous and personable. The kind of girl who could literally 'lite up a room' with her personality. She was also sexually daring , I common trait among the sociopathic personality disorders mentioned in the YouTube clip.
This girl also happened to be very attractive , a petite actress and model , Bernadette Peters type.
So what's to lose , right?
The flip side makes it impossible to live with these people , and if you choose to try to have a normal loving ,trusting relationship with one you're headed for a world of hurt.
They don't feel many of the emotions that we do ,like guilt or remorse
which is why they tend to gravitate to risky behavior with sex and drugs in an attempt feel some of the emotions that they see in people around them but really do not understand .
Since those days I have completed a post graduate education and have learned to be able to identify people with the various types of 'Antisocial or Sociopathic Personality Disorders' easily.
It does make it easier to work and live with them if you understand what's going on. But it's still a constant chore.
It still amazes me to watch coworkers or friends scratch their head in
wonderment ,"why is X so difficult to deal with", when X is a walking
    text book 'histrionic personality disorder'.

Crazy girls do crazy things. Would rather be with someone who is not psychopath.

Don't like drama...getting waaaay too old for that.....waaay too old...and I'm not into submission either (if that's what you really mean)
...but crazy hot chicks do make life interesting.
...and speaking from personal experience - crazy isn't always a bad thing...some of my absolute favorite people on this planet are fucking nuts...but they're good fucking people...most of the women I have had relationships with were at least -touched- by craziness.....and I still love em to death.
    Sanity is definitely over rated.

Who In The Hell Is Tom Jones?
    Charles Bukowski

    I was shacked with a
    24 year old girl from
    New York City for
    two weeks- about
    the time of the garbage
    strike out there, and
    one night my 34 year
    old woman arrived and
she said, "I want to see
    my rival." she did
    and then she said, "o,
    you're a cute little thing!"
next I knew there was a
    screech of wildcats-
    such screaming and scratch-
    ing, wounded animal moans,
    blood and piss. . .
I was drunk and in my
    shorts. I tried to
    seperate them and fell,
    wrenched my knee. then
    they were through the screen
    door and down the walk
    and out into the street.
    squadcars full of cops
    arrived. a police heli-
    coptor circled overhead.
    I stood in the bathroom
    and grinned in the mirror.
it's not often at the age
    of 55 that such splendid
    things occur.
    better than the Watts
    riots.
    the 34 year old
    came back in. she had
    pissed all over her-
    self and her clothing
    was torn and she was
    followed by 2 cops who
    wanted to know why.
    pulling up my shorts
    I tried to explain.

What's even more frightening is that people in positions of power are sociopathic. I mean, Thom Hartmann described both George Bush (the son) and Romney as sociopaths. Are they? Hard to tell.
But a lot of CEOs are sociopaths...

Why (Some) Psychopaths Make Great CEOs:
