In some states (like Wisconsin) its flat out illegal for preops in jail to be given hrt, and in most other states the protocol is- if the prisoner was DIY they go off hrt cold-turkey. Forget about trying to convince someone in the prison system that you're trans if you lack formal diagnoses & letters from before on the outside.

If they're on HRT through real prescriptions, then the prison doctor gets to decide what dosage "is best for the prisoner" which means, to save money- cutting back on what they give you (which means in effect- virtually going off of hrt).

So any trans girl who is preop with her testes intact, thats been in prison for a while, will probably be in varying degrees of forced "de-transitioning"

Cute & fem in a preop that just got out of a decent sized prison sentence would be a rarity.
