Companies such as news papers and online sites such as Eros should require ID from every model to verify pictures. It should be standard and I know Eros does that for individual adds but they don't for Agencies. Every model should be verified with her ID
Eros.com cares more for protecting their own than anything else, hence their VERY legal model release and photo/id verification.
While it may be good for copyright protection, lots of advertisers have balked at providing Eros.com with "ID" information such as a drivers license. If you read Eros.com's model release carefully, IIRC it states clearly they will turn over all and any documents to LE and or in response to legal or equitable action. It also means Eros.com has on file information personally linking you to "escorting", which could be used by anyone from state or local district attorney's offices to the IRS.

Eros does not link the girls to escorting as they are an advertizing company. Legally I am only there posting an add and it clearly states that on my disclaimer. Also, Eros has made efforts to edit any adds with sexual inuendo or any form of genitals or pubic hair showing as to make it more "legal"
