My philosophy is get the 'work' that you feel you need.

It's already been said, but the temporary physical pain
you will experience is nothing compared to emotional pain
that society can heap upon you if you don't pass.

So for me it was HRT, nose job, tracheal shave, chin implant,
sil in the cheeks of my face, hips, and butt, breast augmentation,
and recently lipo. Below the waist first the orchi then the SRS. Of
course there was electro and I believe there are a few procedures
I may have forgot about.

Start as early as you can with your transition, and don't half-step
or play at it.

I can understand if a girl doesn't want to go all the way to the SRS,
but without being shady I don't think the non-op option works beyond
your teens.
