Er meint das diese Diskussion(thread) sticky(klebrig) sein sollte,also immer auf Seite eins sein sollte um unnötige Anfragen(wer ist das?) zu verhindern.

This should definitely be a "sticky", as has been suggested. "Please help ID this girl!" threads are quite annoying, particularly when the question was answered just days earlier.
