My vote goes to Pizza and Lasagne.

I love all Italian food, but my vote has to go to Lasagne. Done properly, IE any lady making it the way her Italin mother did, and not from a recipe book. My partner is Italin, and makes yummy Lasagne. Her cousin makes it totally differently. It's a dish that is all about what is in the cupboard, and not what written on paper

i have two favourites Lasagna but only my mom seems to know how to make it right, spegahtti. i used to think also when my mom made it but that has changed now that i have tried it the way my fiance makes it... i wish i could be there now for a nice plate of hers
