Is there ANYWHERE in NYC where I can see the
race tomorrow? I don't have ESPN or SPEEDVISION
(since I don't have cable at all) but I like to watch
F1, only F1.
I've googled but there is no bar/restaurant that I
have found that shows F1 regularly, they will always
show football or baseball or golf or whatever over
showing F1.

By the numbers, Lewis needs a win or second place finish to clinch the championship, whereas Kimi needs both a win and for Lewis to finish 7th or lower, as well as Alonso to finish 4th or lower. As for what Alonso needs to win his third consecutive championship, I haven't done the math, but I also don't care given the fact that he's an asshole. That said, I sure hope Lewis does the job. The Brits are desperate for another world champion, and it's not entirely unimportant to me that he'd be the first person of African ancestry to win the title either...

Unless he crashes out he's more than likely gonna win..he's been the best driver over the course of the whole season and considering it's his first, it's outstanding. I agree with u that alonso is a complete wanker and if hamilton doesnt win i hope kimi does...
Caleigh im from uk but maybe u could watch it for free online:

I used to be a big fan of F1 back when I was a teen, when Senna, Mansell and Prost were battling one another like there was no tomorrow. Mika Hakkinen in his prime racing the McLaren-Mercedes was a highlight as well.
Schumacher on the other hand was an ass, despite all his records and he won most of his races due to better pit-stop strategies and not via overtaking his contenders. the dominance of Ferrari the last couple of years didnt help much either.
but thiis season had a few good races, and Lewis Hamilton is a badly needed breath of fresh air in F1-racing. Alonso indeed turned ou to be quite an ass, so I would like to see Hamilton take the title. If not him, than maybe Raikkonen.
hopefully this is going to be a gripping race

couldn't possibly be happier with the results, hurray for Kimi!
apparently unlike anyone else i am a big alonso fan, too. perhaps he is a bit of an ass, but he's the best race car driver in the world and that is excuse enough to be a bit of a prima donna.
considering the track temperatures it is surprising that tires didn't become the main issue, as it turned out it was a pretty good race.
one thing's for certain.....if BMW and Williams can make a little progress in the off-season the 2008 campaign should be incredible with so much talent and so much parity....Kimi, Fernando, Lewis, and Massa with Nico Rosberg and Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica showing they are ready to compete.
i hate the off-season!
we're always a step out of time,
now ain't that a shame
