That's a cultural trait that is very inherent to the Japanese. Until the mid 1800s, the country had strict, closed borders to pretty much everyone except a small Dutch trade and a little bit of business from China.

i would imagine if someone was willing to relocate there and work for the content it would be possible. i know everytime i am in japan, i never have trouble meeting these girls that are incredibly passable out in clubs in roppongi or shibuya. i think for a little cash so they could buy another louis vuitton purse, and they would be ready to shoot a whole reel.

The only good Japanese TS (newhalf) sites I know of are completely, if not 99%, in Japanese. I used to have some sites bookmarked but when my computer crashed a couple months back I lost them. So, either try Googling the word "newhalf", or install a Japanese global IME and type in, ”ニューハーフ”　(nyu-ha-fu).
