Those shemales, as I wrote, are not Italian but they use to work in Italy.
In Milan and in Rome where the movies are made..
Not in Naples where I was born and live.

There seems to be some confusion about the numerous "Transitalia" series. AFAIK, there are 6, 4 originals and 2 AKAs.
