I have actually known as friends TS women that got into long term lesbian relationships with 3Gs (Gay GGs) after their transition. I also know some dykes (I am not using the word in a derogatory intent) who have absolutely no interest in men whatsoever, but who think TSs are to die for. Of the latter, it tends to be 50/50 as to whether their interest is towards pre or post-op.

One told me that she thought that any 'man' that would go through what a TS does to transition is most certainly worth knowing and, as a bonus, the end result is female.

Well i would have to disagree with this comment tottaly ....There is a subculture out there of Transsexuals who date women exsclusively ...So to me its nothing weird ...I no many Transsexual girls who date female to male transsexuals also ...

I have a cissexual (non-transsexual, hate the term GG) girl friend who's a fuck buddy (haven't seen her in a couple months but might this week, she always contacts me). Met her because she saw my profile on a website that doesn't mention I'm TS, we got to talking, I told her, and she was still interested in me. You go through transition because it's how you feel about your body not about who you like sexually. I also know 2 TS around my age who are in a LTR and classify themselves as lesbians. So where do they find these women at then? When you think about it most women like masculine men so it would be really odd that a woman would date a trannie. Even lesbians don't really want anything to do with a real cock so i'm just having a hard time absorbing this.
