In N-NJ about 40min from NYC middle class runs from about $120k-$180K.
Your starter condo like the one I have will set you back a solid $300k, that with the $5k taxes and the food, electricity and all the fun stuff from motorcycle to expensive hobbies and you need at least $120 to live. $150 to be very comfy and $180 to move up.
NYC, maybe take those numbers and doubble it due to real estate prices. But then if you don't own a car or a motorcycle in NYC so it may be a bit less.
Either way that chick was a dumb fuck. Went to universit with many girls like that. Ended up fucking lots of them up the ass but hay.....it was all fun!

great response..the supply/demand/depreciation thing is something many round here seem to forget when they get their first hormones....how many out there know a tranny in their 50s or even 60s....and if yer the rich guy the golddigger is after do not under any circumstances have children with her....offspring is the only toehold on the appreciation.....
