Regarding ED, it could be early atherosclerosis, as the penis' vessels are pretty small.

The first two i have done. It does work. If you do both of those (most people start with jelq, cause ya know, its free. so stick with that if your on a budget) expect gains in 6 months. Just jelqing, give it a year for solid gains.
