That gorgeous creature is Elisangela from Brazil, I believe. She's been featured on many websites, including Brazilian-Transsexuals.com and Shemale-Club.com. You'll find other posts in the archives about her. Whatever possessed her to inject her cock with fat (I think it was fat--someone else may know the scoop better) to make it absurdly huge, I don't know.
