Yeah Julie I am having it all done at once. I am doing the anatomical breast implants instead of the round. I was told this gives a more natural look to the breast.

I am going with Dr. Cardenas in Gaudalajara, Mexico. I know a lot of girls that have gone to him and a lot of the Brazillian Pornstars go to him. So I trust his work. And saw tons of before and after photos on his yahoo groups. He is also cutting us a deal, since I am allowing him to post my before and afters. Which I am not too excited about, but if it will help other girls then why not!

I am just excited to go through the steps. My boyfriend and I just went to get my passport picture yesterday. Which the picture didn't come out that bad I thought it was going to be like a Drivers license picture. But just going through the steps I get more and more excited. I swear the other day when we were talking to his right hand girl Janie and talking about the down payment etc I started crying. I am just excited.

Girl dont worry about the pics being online. I have my before and after lip pics on a surgeon's website, he doesn't know I am a tranny though lol. If he did I am sure he would quickly take them down. He has been Good Morning America and many TV shows and has been written up in several magazines. He recently called me because a well know magazine is doing a write up on him, and he asked if I would be willing to interview with them as one of his patients.

I have a question. If you really transitioned at age 12 like you said, why would you even need any FFS surgeries? The masculine features of the face are brought on at a later age.
