Hello, I have posted 2 post before on trying to get some info on how to get in to the adult industry or trying to get info on escorting. This is always been a dream of mine to do this. How would i go about getting it done? I have done contacted grooby.com. I am not on hormones yet cause i don't have the money to get on them. I am willing to take them and want to get on them when i get the money for them and can see a doc for them. I would like to get my career going as soon as i can with this. Amy, sweetie, I'll have to agree with the girls who replied to you. You see, most girls do escort work and modeling so they can earn enough money to get by and pay for their transition or- in a few rare cases- to live comfortably the way they choose to.

It seems to me that you are the opposite, in that you are willing to take hormones just so you can do modeling and escort work. Escorting is a dangerous job with many associated risks, not least the many STDs that an escort can catch. It is not something to be entered into without serious thought.

Modeling and hardcore modeling especially are not easy jobs either. Prepare to be hurt, mistreated, be seen as a sex object and have men pestering or stalking you if you succeed. If you do not, prepare for disappointment and bitterness.

Many TS models and hardcore stars and many escorts too, have managed to cope. There are many girls here who have been through it all or are going through it. Some of them enjoy the sex and the adulation but, really, at the end of the day, it's just a job. I doubt it was ever their dream to be in porn. It just happened that way.

And I have nothing against porn stars or escorts. They fill a niche by providing a service. Many of the girls in the industry are just regular girls and many of them- include several who post on these boards- are down to earth, intelligent and kindhearted: beautiful women in every way.

But....are you sure you want to be in porn and escorting for the right reasons? And are you sure you are actually transitioning for the right reasons? I don't want to sound unsympathetic, but it seems to me that you are driven more by the your fantasy of the sex industry than by a real and heartfelt desire within you to become the person you believe you should have always been.

Please think this through before rushing into it on impulse and regretting it later.

I haven't got experience with this but I guess if someone has a fantasy to work in porn industry,...why the hell not. This combination could be a big hit. There are a dozen ways to get hormones. Aside from an online drugstore, I would bet that if you live in a major urban area there is at least one clinic that treats people like us. Through such an organizeation you could meet local TS's who will be much more helpful than anyone online could ever be.

Honestly that doesn't seem like much, i spend more than that in 4 months on fish food for my aquariums. I always got the impression from posts in this forum that hormones were very expensive.

Unless there are other hormones that are more expensive? I really don't know.....

Yes, there are different kinds of hormones as well as different methods of taking them. You can take pills, use a patch, use injections or have pellets implanted. All with different costs. Some you can do yourself, others you may need a doctor.
