BB may feel a tad better than bagged, but staying healthy feels alot better than getting sick. Even though the treatments are pretty damn good (at least in the wealthier countries) there are still many serious issues even if you're a generally healthy HIV patient.

Just bag up until you're with the one.

to be honest its better that everyone gets it because the more people contract it the closer it is for the cure,this is a virus that is man made and tested in africa to control the population and it spiraled out of control.
