That's such an "ideal" response, but not very realistic. It's possible to have very good friends (and family) that you'll never be able to find any one close to replacing them, but they have that one issue that they can never get past. Some times that may be worth trashing, most of the time it's not. I love t-girls but if I thought they would cause me to lose my friends and family, I'd let them go. One has to decide what's important to them.

Personaly I was in this position about a year ago. I'm now 'out' and I have to say its the best thing I ever did. Most of my friends don't care, and one in particular would come out clubbing if he wasn't in a relationship.
