Who was it that beat one of the Gracie's due to a bad stoppage(maybe Royce), and one of the Gracie cousin's fought later and snapped his arm in an armbar??? I used to have the clip, but I have no idea where it is.

that's sakuraba, the guy in the clip. he fought royce gracie for like an hour before the gracies threw in the towel. then he fought renzo gracie and dislocated his elbow in a kimura (i think).

I thought it was him, but I can't find the clip of that fight anywhere.
And it was an armbar. I will never forget because of the way he did it. He wasn't trying to get a submission, he was going for the break from the moment he got the arm.

it was a kimura, i just looked it up. renzo's elbow got dislocated when he tried to get out and they fell.

yeah.. I studied bjj for a year and have followed mma since ufc2. i know an armbar when I see one. I'm gonna look for the clip. I KNOW i have it on disc somewhere
