I wouldn't worry too much Julie. during my daily Eros surf, I'm only looking at pics, prices, and location. I think like most dudes, I've never read beyond the first sentence of text
and I'll guess a "visiting" girl who posts a New York ad with no history of reviews or reputation is not doing anywhere near the biz that you are.

Remember those word games they had in grade-school English where you inserted [verb] and [adjective] and [noun] to complete a pre-written story?

Not unlike the Harlequin formula (Whoops! That's supposed to be a sekrit!), a lot of ad copy is just that. It's not uncommon for one provider to cop some or all of another's listing because they are either too lazy to write their own or too shabby to live up to the hype they push. It's one of the reasons I chat up a gurl for a bit before buying a ticket to ride. It doesn't take much effort to reveal the Volkswagen chassis hidden behind the Rolls Royce grill.
