NO SOLDIER LEFT BEHIND
Seems like the Bush School on How to Fight Terrorism in Iraq has gotten failing grades. If we adopted the policies of No Child Left Behind, the Bush School of War would have its federal funding cut. Instead we now have to put up with his whining explanations as to why its not such a bad report card after all. If he were my kid I take his allowance away and ground him for the remainder of the term.

maybe the soldiers could get them much touted "vouchers"and send them elsewhere......
