There is no way that the "Nicki" posting here is actually a TS.
"Nicki" is a dude who is deeply disturbed by HIS homosexual feelings.
You fags Are crazy?
It is not OK to beat somebody's teeth out because you are disturbed by your own desire to suck a cock.
I just wish this 39 year old tranny had beaten this 17 year old punk's ass.
Remember Gwen Araujo you cunts.

She did not deserve a beating, but that's a matter of personal opinion. Personally I'd find quite it amusing although VERY risky. I can understand the rush though.
However. This comes back to the law of society and the law of the street.
Society says that a woman can walk home alone from a nightclub without fear of attack.
Common sense says that she would be mad to do so.
Just as transsexuals do not pick up straight guys for an adrenaline fix or to impress their mates.
This conversation is daft. It's like having a discussion about being knocked down by a car after having deliberately ran in front of it.

Bottom line is, don't ever feel self-righteous enough to beat somone up, unless they attack you first, for pete's sake.

I want to let you in on a little secret. Especially the TS posters;
There are plenty of people especially in the USA who believe that your mere existence is reason enough to beat you senseless.
How about that? Do you believe you are asking for it because you have a penis and are wearing a dress?
What if you are wearing a sexy dress and you look amazingly hot?
Is it OK if men beat you to death because you fooled them into thinking they want to fuck you?
Is it OK to appear in public looking like a sexy woman?
Is that provocation for a beating or murder?
This is crazy and you people are sick.

07-12-2007 #49The kid should get charged with assault, but not a hate crime and the woman should get charged with statutory rape because the kid is underage.
This conversation is daft. It's like having a discussion about being knocked down by a car after having deliberately ran in front of it.
I am not going to say no one deserves to be beaten to a pulp (I am sure we can all think of people that justifiably need to be beaten or killed off... but I say that as a death penalty supporter...) but I don't see how the girl in this case deserved to have her teeth bashed in. The reason why we have a government that includes courts, law enforcement agencies and civilian citizen jurors is because we're not supposed to act as judges, juries and executioners out on the streets everytime we are "done wrong by others."
Street justice is mob justice which is rarely justice. Justice, redemption and revenge are three distinctly different things.... IMO street justice almost always only falls under the later two. If you don't know the difference, that is unfortunate.
Note I am not saying what the girl did was right,

In Forida, where this crime occurred, bias-motivated violence and
intimidation based sexual orientation is covered. Gender and or gender
identity are not.
Fla. Stat. § 877.19
Mandates collection and dissemination by the Governor of data
on "incidents of criminal acts that evidence prejudice based on race,
religion, ethnicity, color, ancestry, sexual orientation, or national origin."
While in this instance the crime was not elevated in degree, there are
never any justifable causes to assault and batter an individual based
upon their sexual orientation or gender identity in any jurisdication.
The only instance that an assault is legally justified is self defense and
defense of others, and then the degree of violence used is comparable or
proportionate to the threat faced.
However:

That the young man in question then attacked her because he was

point.
The gay panic defense is not a valid or mitigating defense.
Bottom line in this case, two wrongs, do not equal a right.
Both individuals exercised poor judgment, however it is the batterer
who is legally culpable.
