Yes the guys knew they were being photographed and video was being taken (see the guy wearing the mask). These parties (GG's for the most part) take place all over Germany at various clubs. There are Sperma (Bukkake) parties, gangbang parties, fetish parties etc. Some parties are real amateur ladies and others are with girls hired by the club (sometimes there are both). about 200km from frankfurt by car and 3 times that from berlin
considering were talking about germany here the best or at least most enjoyable way is probably by car ... other than that all 3 of those are among the biggest cities in germany so youll find relatively direct train and plane links between them (i would avoid getting on a train in germany but suit yourself) inter city busses are more or less nonexistant in germany

within the last 15-20 ys germany became THE hotbed of music-driven nightlife. clubs and parties and myriads of electronic music makers and djs make gemran nightlife (especially berlin. cologne or hamburg) the place to be

and yes, to get to places in germany i would recommend going by car, since there is NO speedlimit on german motorways! (but theres usually a lot of traffic so u cant test the limits of your porsche too often---)
