John Cale is outstanding. I recently picked up his Hobosapiens cd--excellent. My alltime fav of his albums is Paris 1919. I've never seen him play live, but I've heard many live recordings and he's a fine musician.

Angela I saw Prince last summer in Hartford. Were you one of the hotties he pulled out of the audience to come up and dance??? I also went to the steak house across from the Civic Center (blanking on the name) before the show - ate in the bar.
I too collect live music - have about 3000 live cd's and 2000 cassettes and there is some incredible John Cale music out there. I also have the 3 opening nights of Musicology from Minneapolis as well as the 3 after party shows at Paisley Park, with other shows stretching back as far as when he was the opening act for Rick James.
