    If you look at my daily meals ( posted earlier ) I try to aim for 300 cals per meal for a total of 1800 per day. For now what ever Im doing is working great. When I start working my abs they are going to jump out. It all takes time, though I may have to boost the calorie count up if I want to start building some serious muscle in my legs. This was my original goal. Nice ass and legs.

    Things have snowballed from that simple thought. I am still in talks that will lead to some big exposure (fingers crossed ) , and I have my first fitness modelling shoot coming up and I'm real excited about that.

    I have actually included a bagel with natty butter ( natural peanut butter ) to my first meal to up my morning carbs and my calories. I think your right I could use a few more cals per day right now until Im ready to start cutting up for competitions.
