Being that you two don't seem to be particullarly right our left dominant, can you rotate one index finger in a circle and rotate the other in a concentric circle in the opposite direction? Most people shortly have both fingers going in the same direction.

If I understand you correctly, yes I can do that easily. There's also something about rotating your right foot in a circle while rotating your left hand in the opposite direction? I don't recall if that's quite it...anyone know what I'm talking about? Patting my head and rubbing my tummy at the same time is easy. And then there's moving my right hand up and down rapidly at waist level while typing with my left hand....

I'm right handed but funny story I started off left handed but my teachers forced for whatever reason for me to learn using my right hand so my mom told me about 4th grade I started using my right hand full time. I was born in Kentucky nothing they did in school makes sense today.
