this thread is cool and all, but we've all failed to established where this human-ness ends and subhamanity begins. I mean, when can we say "okay, that isn't human" because by the sound of it, everything is human.

well now your bringing up the old Humanism vs. humanity debate

humanity is about the nobler emotions and thought
charity, forgiveness and kindness etc.

humanism is more about the "whats in it for me" mentality.
or selfishness petiness jealousy and hate.

Congrat's You just made a new word with subhumanity.

The concept of subhuman exist's only in creature of the deep films or... in its' closest translation to the world we live in the word Untermensch: meaning under man or sub-man.
It is how German Nazi's described any inferior race ie. the jews.
