    Default appearance of post-op pussies

has anyone noticed that many articles and essays on the net claim that once a patient has undergone MtF SRS, her new equipment will be almost indistinguishable from that of genetic women, and that even ob/gyns won't be able to tell without closer inspection?

What's up with that? Anyone who has seen post-op pussies on porn sites and in porn movies knows that some of them are in fact real hackjobs and little more than a hole in the groin. I've seen less than a handful of neo-vaginas that look anything like a "real" woman's. Is that another case of getting what you pay for and do most TS's working in the porn industry get it done by some back-alley quack?

I kind of agree with you. Most post-op pussies look too wrinkly.

These women clearly have not completely healed from their SRS
    procedures.

I have noticed that some women are in a hurry to show off their
neo-vaginas, as they are proud that they have culminated their
life long dream. It also seems as if there are many photographers
who are open to taking those pictures.

I tend to feel that both the women and the photographers should
wait until the healing process has completed before a photo shoot.

In time I am sure that the post surgical results of these women will
improve, but in my informed opinion these are not accurate
    representations.

Following this thread, reading the posts, viewing the pictures, had me
sitting by a sunny window with 400 watts of light and a magnified
mirror up my coochie. From time to time, I do this, much like a breast
    self exam.

And rather than bore you with a 'vagina monolouge' from my
gynecologist, or testimonials from former lovers, I will just report that
    everything still looks fine.

As I have said in the past, I had a excellent Thai surgeon. In the years
post operatively I have administered Premarin cream internally, both as
an Estrogen supplement and to render the vagina soft, pliable, and aid in
    lubrication.

Initially, externally I administered 4% Hydroquinone cream to fade
the scars. I also used Vitamin E, and cocoa butter to minimize scarring.

Over the years the scars have for the most part faded. There are a few
minute scars, for those I allow pubic hair to cover them, and they are
    for the most part undetectable.

Bottom line, for any women contemplating SRS, go to a reputable
surgeon, do the appropriate aftercare, and you shoud have a natural
    looking, functioning vagina.

ok look I can't take this anymore, this is a recurring topic that often has individuals on HA believing that a woman that's done the SRS has a bad pussy, to the OP I know that's NOT what you meant to say, I did read your whole thread, but I had to reply like this because the intelligent people are reading it now, in a few hours the silly or idiot posts 2 times a year reply folks will come on and really do a number on this thread. I've personally seen 1 SRS that was so perfect you'd swear whoever you worship daily did the work at birth. The one that was what I call perfection was done by a brilliant doctor whom the woman sat down and consulted with several times prior to the procedure. I agree with you that there are some hackjobs out there, this chick dropped her skirt on stage one night at Club Shelter, whew shit, let's not go there I just ate and thankfully didn't see the whole thing.........BUT we need to focus on getting rid of the people that do the hackjobs so that girls we know don't end up going to them and regretting that decision for the rest of their lives.....................

I never said that all man-made pussies are hackjobs. But with the bad work out there that has obviously been done on some transsexuals, you begin to wonder.

Also, come to think, maybe it's just my imagination running wild, but could it be that some 100% passable post-ops (both in physical appearance and cooch wise) are not even billed as T's in movies? I mean, if that were the case, you'd never really become aware of any "good" examples of the fine art of genital plastic surgery. Who would realize then that the hot chick with the somewhat oddly shaped but nonetheless rather female looking labia minora is really a transsexual and therefore a shining example of how refined modern day surgery has become?

And then there are the tabloids with stories about (increasingly young) transsexuals who say not even their boyfriends knew until they told them. (I believe that's how the headline read in that recent tabloid article about teen transsexual Melanie McPryce)

Well, I guess unless either they or the tabloids are full of sh*t, there probably are some nicely done pussies out there after all. A neo-vagina in itself is very erotic and intriguing to me, at times even more so than a GG's parts. Somehow it's a turn-on to think that they had a dick once. It would be great to know that most of the work out there really looks womanly.

I did see a documentary once, however, about street kids in Brazil who said there are back-alley doctors out there where all you need to do is drop a wad of cash on the table, no questions asked.

Another way to tell is that the male/TS perineum is fused (has a line running between the butthole and up the balls to the tip of the penis) and this remains visible even after SRS whereas GG's don't have a fused perineum.

You are fucked up. That's just really nasty. I really hate people like you. Do you really think that transexual women want to hear that kind of stupid shit?

Your attitude stinks buddy. You are only interested in Transwomen as SEX OBJECTS and , what's even more repusive, as some kind of 'novelty'.
I am just so fucking angry at this ignorant shit.
JWBL is right, all the idiots will chime in, I read some stupid shit on this subject but You are just a nasty, abusive pervert 'onlyone'.

I met up with a good friend of mine in London last night who happens to be a very beautiful post op woman. Drop dead gorgeous post op woman.

And she told me how she reads hungangels, but she has never posted on here because she thinks they really hate post ops here.

I think that's disgusting that people on this board make post ops feel that way. And I think people who make all of these remarks are disgusting.

Just like ANYTHING- there are good surgeons, bad surgeons, mediocre seugeons and results thereof.

It is simply RIDICULOUS to imply that because of the limited amount of post ops on websites would be indicative of the surgical results of SRS on a whole. Especially when the people making these comments have never even seen one in real life. If I only see five pictures of ugly asians in my entire life, then would that make all asians ugly? No, it would make the asians I have seen ugly. So SOMEONE explain to me the logic of the statements made above???? PLEASE

I have seen many sex changes in person- and I have seen very good ones and bad ones.

It's funny how people who know little about this surgery, have not personally seen results, have not researched, or have not met with doctors are suddenlhy experts on the subject thereof.

I am sick of the cockcentric attitudes of some of the men on this site and the chimes of wanna be ts's who think they know it all and have yet to walk a day outside, in the day light, and be respected and treated as a woman.

Until you habe paid your dues hunny in the sisterhood , SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Now wherever would they get that idea from... Possibly a similar reason as to why I haven't posted on here for 2-weeks.

I simply can't deal with double guessing and figuring people out, while playing silly buggers. Having others play competition games and telling me things after they've happened. In other words; manipulative attention seekers. Whatever their end-game is I have no idea.

There's actually another Allanah here in the UK who I've become friendly with over the last 6-months, ironically post-op too. She calls. I call her. There's no games or pressure. It's just an honest down to earth friendship which is developing where I don't have to wonder or look over my shoulder.

What can I say? I don't want to feel this way so I avoid.
