- A little more moderation in the Politics forum so that flame wars don't keep flaring up.

I don't agree with this, that forum holds some wonderful convos it's been on it's on and it just flows perfectly, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Never had one person pm me about something typed in that forum.

I assumed the POLITICS forum was just a kind of BIN where explosive threads can be dumped so they don't clutter the general disc forum. Let em flame away, there only seems to be like 5 or 6 members that post there anyway. I personally avoid it as i have not the time or patience to argue with the insane neo-cons that lurk there, these guys seem to just post here to spread pro-bush propaganda. what a waste of pixels. I mean Chefmike and others do a good job posting interesting stuff but the rightwingers are just too much, theres no reasoning with WMC or inhousten or guyone, total nutcases...........

as far as rules go:
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

1. A provider/escort or the client/customer/john/trick (whatever) can't come on the board in ANY SECTION discussing anything that happened between the 2 of them personally.
2. Members can't bombard moderators with links to threads they have problems with expecting immediate results which IF AREN'T handled immediately result in sly comments about the moderation working poorly in the forums. Members should hand in a private message as a complaint to each moderator with an excerpt of what bothered them, what thread it came from, etc.
3. Escorts/Providers MUST USE the personals section to advertise themselves, NOT GEN. DISCUSSION....................

- Finding ways to get more girls to come here or members like Gia and Danielle to return.

I know they continue to be members, but I'm just wondering what drove them away and how we can get the to come back

offer them free promotion/advertising

I agree completely with the concept of a fight club type forum. I would LOVE TO MODERATE THAT SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if this is a member's first night on the forum, they have to fight...Would that actually require moderation?

I used to help moderate a large non-sex board for a number of years,Johnny. Putting the fighting in it's own forum was the best thing we ever did.

It cutdown on the hassle of patrolling every thread on every forum and kept good members from getting banned who's only fault was they couldn't stand each other? People who didn't want to deal with the fights could simply avoid the forum.

We had a 100 post minimum for entrance to it for new members to keep the general shitstirrers at bay. Gave the mods and members a chance to size 'em up before letting them have full priviliges.

BTW,It could be waved for a newbie if a long time member in good standing knew and vouched for the person.

It works,but you've got to have thick skinned level headed mod to run it.

I'll assume you're grouping me with the "others", as I've often had to argue with some of the right-wingers over all kinds of issues. Lately, I've spent less time there...

I think the Politics forum could be a useful tool, but many of the arguments resort to flames. A lot of members used to post there but have left because it's become too much and I'd love to see members like Felicia Katt back once again.

This is interesting. I must say that the BEST threads and the one that will probably bring the girls in are the ESCORT TALES, the classic example being the 'ts glam'/'cheapskate' (never liked the rascist title of that thread) FIASCO.
that shit is GOLD. If a john posts about a bad escort experience in maybe 'the reviews' section, the girl in question will soon hear of it and turn up with her version. surely thats unavoidable.
