I smoke too. And the truth is, I love it. You can't smoke in public places around here, but it hasn't stopped me one bit, as I really didn't smoke in public places before the ban a year or so ago. Smoking a fine cigar is a great pleasure of mine from time to time too, and on the odd occasion, I also enjoy a pipe and a pinch of Captain Black tobacco. I find that after a meal, where many people enjoy a cigarette, a pipe is actually more enjoyable for me. I think more people should smoke, actually. Smoking is a fine tradition that was started long ago and should be continued until the end of days.

I smoke. I love to smoke. I'll never stop smoking. But the thing is, I smoke a pack a week...and there's no reason to stop. Every cigarette i smoke i savor, enjoy. embrace.....i could never think about living anyway else.

I stopped smoking a month ago and I didn´t touch one cig since that. I´m doing more sports again, playing basketball every day, jogging and I plan to go to a fitness studio. I have to change my nutrition, too. Believe me, it´s easy to quit smoking. Sometimes when I´m out I remember that something´s missing but I don´t mind to touch the shit again. It´s gonna kill me because there were days when I smoked 2-3 packages a day. I can´t say that I have a long smoking tradition behind me since I started when I was 18 and now I´m 22 and I have to mention that I made a one year break before, so I only smoked for 3 years. And I hope these were the only 3 years in my life.

The second, sixth and seventh sentences of my previous posts are not to be taken seriously. While I do indeed smoke, I am again in the process of quitting, as I recognize it is a deadly habit. I also do weight training regularly and like Coroner, am trying to modify my diet to increase the health benefits of my workouts, so I know that cigarettes won't help in that regard. Additionally, a number of people in my family have died from smoking related diseases, one very recently at the age of forty-three, so I have a strong incentive to quit immediately. That said, the rest of my previous post is true, unfortunately.
