Sorry Vikki, but Dr O's patients usually end up looking like androgenous boys after surgery. They're nothing spectacular. In order to be beautiful, one must begin hormones at a very young age, you can't start hormones in your mid to late 20's and expect to be feminine. Too much testosterone results in a masculine face and body structure. Masculine shoulders, hands, and feet cannot be fixed. Even wit a feminine face, the other masculine traits are a dead-give away.
