Being from the UK I'd say that's wrong - there may be a minority who think that way but it's not prevalent now. Sadly people in the UK are more likely to call everyone from a large region of Asia a 'paki' - it's an awful way to think of course.

I am born in Frankfurt to a German mother and African/Native-American father. I am raised to know that skin color is not something that determines a persons value. You say preference...
