I have a few scenarios that could have been done to set up Jason.

1 - She seen him at the club, pulled out her camera and asked someone to photograph...She then sells the pictures to the magazines and makes a killing. My friend once got offered 10 gs for a story on Eddie Murphy a few years back...

2 - The magazine ( paparazi ) knew he was going to be at the club and drunk, so they go to Eros and decide that Ana being the most Gorgeous babe needed to be the one who would set him up. They payed her some money to come out and set him up.

3 - The picture is too posed...She looks like she is looking at the camera and posing, if they were really "caught in the act" she would have been surprised or not looking at the camera...
