Cut, and lightly trimmed. I have a fairly hairy chest and legs, so it wouldn't make sense to shave or trim the pubes back too far.

Cut (same as Ecstatic, no choice in that matter, but then again, no regrets either)
Trimmed as close as possible, where possible.
Easy to trim above and on the sides, but goddamn, I get too nervous trimming my balls, and so they're a mix of trimmed and untrimmed.
Anyone care to pass on the secret to achieving smooth balls? Seems to me the only surefire method is Nair et al, but then you gotta worry about a reaction and/or rash.
